  Have been shopping here for 12 years & will happily continue to. The deli is a ripper now, offering a huge variety of foods & even home-cooked & prepared meals (by one of the lovely ladies who works there I'm told). Great fresh bread (if you have by-passed bakers delight on the way in) and, as always, a much greater selection of local produce & products available than the bigger chains. Though not as large as near-by Farmer Jack's and therefore not as big a selection of fresh produce, you'll find everything you need here & the staff have always been lovely.

  Worth mentioning: the carpark for this little shopping centre can get very cramped & busy, especially during peak hours. Best to either avoid these hours, or suck it up & park a little further away then the nearest possible car parks to the main entrance. Even better - walk, ride, or get ur canine pal out for a stroll.

  Checkout was smooth and efficient, thank the Gods of retail for independent stores that still employ real people. Not one of those bloody self serve things anywhere!

  On the face of it, an average suburban IGA, but have a look inside. Grocery shelves were full and neatly faced up. There is an excellent selection of foreign foods, well laid out and reasonably priced. F&V seemed okay, I'm not the best judge. Dairy was well stocked with some favourite brands. And the deli? One of the best i have ever seen. Beautifully presented, a wide selection of food. Better sliced meat than you will see in the big two chains and decent prices as well. Big surprise, there were three staff at the Deli at the same time. No waiting at all.

  You might think I'm laying it on a bit thick, but you would be wrong. Thirty years of supermarket work allows me to appreciate little gems like Beaumaris. I will be back!
