  Managed for 3-4 years whilst overseas. Cars parks on lawns on numerous occasions as found through google earth and people keeping an eye on property. Agent argued stating this wasn't the case even though photographic evidence was provided after the fact. Agent believed to have been sacked. Sprinklers replaced when finally took the house back at cost to owner. John stated he had personally checked the sprinklers but refused to put it in an email. A/C filters required to be replaced after handover as were never cleaned or checked over the full term of the contract. Luckily they haven't packed in due to poor maintenance. Owner had A/C fixed during contract but never a mention regarding dirty filters. Hot water system no serviced during entire contract. Valves seized shut. $400 cost to owner. Poorly cleaned upon final tenancy inspection prior to handover. Oven had a gas leak which was very evident when owner first entered. Unless you don't have a sense of smell it was obvious.

  I have rented from these guys for a few years now and I really have to commend them on their responsiveness and their ability to deal with thorny issues. It is never comfortable to rent a house, and it always comes with compromises. I think these guys manage that pretty well.

  Not saying they are the worst but definitely not the best as rental agencies are all about quantity and profits rather than quality being driven by greed and poor oversight by platinum.
